  • Speed Test: High Speed Engaged!

    Well after weeks of waiting my speed upgrade has finally kicked in!

    I had originally set up the service through TekSavvy during the last week of August. After a few false starts they realized Rogers never activated the service. After hours on the phone I also found out that the first visit from Rogers tech support was cancelled and ignored by them.

    Finally now, the service just kicked in. A few hours later the Rogers technician calls for a visit.

    You can't write comedy this good . . .
