• Not Everyone Can be B - Starr / lowLy

Double-header from Not Everyone Can be B and the two cuts are doing very different jobs. “Starr” is the one that hits — punchy drums, a synth lead that’s basically just yelling, the kind of energy that works at 1am and also at the gym, somehow. “lowLy” is the comedown, half the BPM and twice the haze, vocals chopped up so they melt into the pad. Pairing them like this is the move; one track would have undersold the project. Producers who can swing between those two moods on the same release usually turn into someone worth following. Keep an eye on this one.
