New Chainsmokers. This slaps. Moving on — except actually let’s not, because Helium is one of the cleaner things Drew and Alex have put out in a while. Anna Sofia’s vocal sits in that sweet spot between pop-radio polish and something a touch more vulnerable, and the drop pulls back instead of overstuffing the chorus, which is restraint I did not expect from this duo in 2026. The Chainsmokers were a punchline for a long time. They’re allowed to make a good song. This is a good song. That’s the post.
