You already know the NCS house style, the clean build-and-drop made to sit under a gaming stream without stepping on a voiceover, so it is a small surprise when i can hear you lands with an actual lump in its throat. The track has a genuine ache, a vocal hook pitched and chopped until the title phrase reads as longing rather than a stock sample. It moves at a mid-tempo lope, melodic electronic with just enough low end to keep it from floating off entirely. The emotional core is simple and completely real, the sound of straining to hear someone who is already gone, and LLow resists the urge to oversell it with a huge drop. Restraint is not what this corner of the internet is known for, and the track is better for choosing it. A real ache dressed up as a stream-friendly banger, and the ache is the part that sticks.
