Krimsonn and Bibiane Z being annoyingly talented again. “I Run” is clean. Krimsonn has been on a tear for a while now — that polished, melodic, slightly-cinematic strain of electronic that’s halfway between progressive house and whatever radio is doing this year — and Bibiane Z’s voice cuts through the production without ever sounding like it’s trying. The drop is restrained in the best way; no big drop-the-bass moment, just a tight, vocal-led groove that knows when to get out of the way. It’s the kind of track that ends up on a playlist for a year and you never skip it. Catch them before everyone else does.
