Joel Corry - Whisper (unfazed Remix)

Is Joel Corry actually good or just extremely present? I’ve gone back and forth on him for years, and this unfazed remix of Whisper is the first thing with his name on it in a while that made me stop arguing and just move. The original is exactly the polished, festival-ready dance-pop Corry churns out on schedule, but unfazed strips the gloss off and rebuilds it darker and rougher underneath. The remix trades the radio sheen for a moodier, bass-heavy pulse, dropping the tempo into a dirtier pocket where the vocal hook suddenly has some menace to it. That’s the whole trick: same topline, completely different intention. The breakdown pulls everything back to the vocal and a low hum before the new drop lands with actual weight instead of confetti. I still wouldn’t call myself a Corry convert, but I’ve had the remix on four times and the original zero. Whoever unfazed is deserves the credit here, and I want to hear what they touch next.
