There’s a whole genre of Québécois internet humour that doesn’t really translate — you either grew up with that specific brand of swearing or you didn’t — but the cat does most of the heavy lifting regardless. Press play, do not adjust your expectations upward, accept the bit. The fact that this clip is still embeddable fifteen years later feels like a small miracle of the algorithm forgetting to delete things.
