The Meow Mix jingle is one of those four-note hooks that wormed into a generation’s frontal lobe through Saturday morning cartoons and never left, and the fact that somebody bothered to make a music-video version is the kind of internet artifact 2011 specialized in. Watch it once and it lives there forever. The blog supports cats, we support jingles, we support people putting effort into things that don’t need the effort. That is the whole charter.
