We recently had some issues with the sql database that holds ColdplaySucks.com. For a moment I was afraid all was lost.
I quickly emailed tech-support at hostgator and within an hour I had a reply. One of the server techs logged in and fixed some database issues restoring the site.
Phew, and A+ to the great Host Gator, a really fantastic, easy to get ahold of web host.
